Mentorship. Community. Project-based Learning.

What is Project Launch?

Project Launch is a creative Fellowship for 6 Hybrid High sophomores, held at USC.

We guide each student through a personalized curriculum with three emphases: Mentorship, Project-based Learning, and Community.

Project Launch equips students to act on their curiosities, solve problems creatively, and achieve their personal goals.

Mentorship

We match every Fellow with a Mentor from USC. Our mentorship program’s first goal is to create authentic, long-lasting relationships—between Fellows and their interests as well as within the PL community.

Mentors help members develop organizational systems, goals, mature perspectives, and strong leadership skills.

Project-based Learning

Our projects are designed to help members develop three proficiencies:

  1. Creativity in the face of real-world problems.

  2. An ability to thrive in collaborative and professional settings.

  3. And a powerful habit of taking initiative when something catches their interest.

Community

Our workshops, projects, and 1:1 relationships foster a caring community where friendships thrive, ideas are exciting, and creative failures are valuable learning opportunities.
